Sarah's 23 Birthday!

My birthday started a day early, my family took me out to lunch!

Birthday Kisses from my sweet baby girl

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

On the day of my bday, we had a girls only sushi lunch date! I met the sweet Dwyer family when I was 16, and Darby was 3. Now the sweet little girl I used to babysit is sitting next to my little girl, amazing how the time flies! Chris was out of town on the day of my 23rd birthday, so we had a girls lunch! :) It's always a blessing and so much fun when we are all together! Laughing, chatting and taking lots of pictures! To have such a friendship is truly priceless! They are family to me.

Scooter scooter

Summer loves her scooter rides on Mee-Maw's lap. She watches the buttons, and figured out how to stop it while moving, almost throwing them both off!

Grampy's little helper...

Summer is such a busy body, always into something :) Here she is "helping" her Grampy (my Dad). She's got him wrapped around her chubby little finger!

Bathing Beauty!

Her Ga-Ma (Karen) bought her first swim suit for her, and she looks like such a doll! She is definitely a water baby, part duck I think!

Shelly's send off...

We met when we were 13, and now she's running off to Germany with her military man. I remember so many fun memories we've shared, all the things that girls are supposed to do. Dancing on her parent's back porch, giggling about boys and eventually our husbands, laying out til we looked like lobsters, Starbucks at the drop of a hat, skinny dipping at midnight, enduring Rachel's makeovers, a camping trip that resulted in heat strokes, I could go on forever and ever. That's what it's like when you talk about a childhood friend. So here we all are, saying goodbye, and waiting to hear about all the exciting adventures, waiting to pick up where we left off....

Our pretty, matching necklaces....

Putting our best foot forward!

Right after our waiter called us the "Sex in the City" girls :)

Look at all the pretty little wifeys! Aren't our husbands lucky!
